I went for my first interview for the prairie golf course today, super exciting! It went good as far as I could tell, I really hope I get a job there. I've never worked for a company like this before and I think it would be an exciting adventure.
Yesterday we went and looked at 2 more houses, both were good and bad. I really don't like looking at houses, but we really don't have much of a choice. The first house was southeast of Valentine in the pine heights sub district. It was a modular home with an unfinished basement, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, big lot, single garage not attached and the house is facing the wrong way. It would be a good home to start off with, it's kinda far from the ranch but I like the area but I think we would have to put some work into it. But it would be easier to sell than the other house we looked at.
The second house was the house that got vandalized a year or so ago, it is in a creek valley and we fell in love with the land. The house, umm well Justin doesn't mind it but I had a few problems with it. It was a 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms (1 full, 1 3/4, 1 1/2), 2 small out buildings, lots of land, creek running through property, cute outside features, new everything inside but the layout of the house was just weird and almost impossible to change. This house was much older and quite a bit more than the first, but it did have more land. I don't know, there are pros and cons with each house. So still so far no update on living situation but we'll survive and we will be blessed with something incredible. I know this because this is what happened to us in Lincoln, we looked and looked for almost a year and then a month before the wedding when we weren't even looking we were blessed with Justin's grandma's house. Which if you have never been there before is amazing!
But anyways... Still busy here in the month of May, tonight I'm taking Marshall and James to Cody for a birthday party. We are celebrating Grace, Aria and James's birthdays, yay! Then tomorrow is Aria's high school graduation and after party.
Well I'm off to take pictures of where Justin and I would like to live.
