Golfing

Saturday before the big event began a few of us went to Deer Park golf course for a quick round of golf.

There were 2 teams, now tell me if these sound fair?

Team 1: Layne, Lee, Jim & Kari, Eric and I think Adam Johnson 

Team 2: TJ (I know what your thinking we already lost, but wait there's more), Justin (he didn't even have clubs), Me (shh...don't tell my doctor, I only took like 5 shots anyways, but still not much help), Jais (who had never played before), Mary Kay (who had just learned how to play this year) and Reed (our only prayer, haha)

I never heard what the final score was, but I think I know who won. But that's ok we had so much fun!!!

I'm really looking forward to next the time we get to go golfing, actually I'm really excited for when I get to play. Because driving the cart is fun, but I'm not a very good caddie just ask Jais, it's just way more fun when you actually get to hit the ball.

 This picture makes me laugh twice, not only is TJ looking like...well TJ but we had to play around the sprinklers. I guess you can consider that a water hazard.

I know I was making fun of Justin earlier saying he didn't even have clubs, but I was really impressed with how well he played. I guess all those dates to the mini golf course paid off.

 Here's Jais avoiding another (yeah that's right a different one) water hazard, but at least she is dressed for the water. I had never seen anyone play golf in flip flops before, haha

Reed in flip flops too, haha he had hurt/broken his little toe and his feet couldn't fit in shoes. And he still was our MVP

Mary Kay and I'm gonna say she is taking a practice swing, lol otherwise she missed the ball big time.
